Hermitage closed

This Thursday, November 24th, will be the last day that Vimokkharam will be open to visitors for some time. The hermitage will be closed to visitors from Friday November 25th until Thursday December 29th of this year, and the monks will not be going on almsround at all during this period. There will be work happening at the hermitage as well as caretakers spending time here, but Ajahn Bom and I will take an opportunity to go to Malaysia and Thailand and bring some friends with us to see our teachers and visit as many Kruba Ajahns as we can. With any luck, we'll be able to invite some of them to come and visit us here in Melbourne in the upcoming year as well.
