If its root remains undamaged & strong,
a tree, even if cut, will grow back.
So too if craving-obsession is not rooted out,
this suffering returns
again & again.

Established in 1998, the Hermitage is an Associated Monastery in the tradition and teachings of the late Ajahn Chah.
